I’m currently doing stand-up and loving every minute of it! I do improv and sketch comedy as well. I am a writer and an actor and I’m always looking for an outlet to display my creative side! I have been fortunate to open for some great comedians, Tony Rock, Roundboy Jimmy Graham, King Kong Bundy(Chris Pallies), Mike KC, Coleman Green, and Dena Blizzard to name a few! I believe my stage time is a journey and I’m so happy I’m on it! I will continue to do it as long as it remains fun for me!
I guess you could say I was always a ham as a child. My brother Todd and I grew up watching movies and videos over and over until we had them memorized. We loved singing, dancing, and acting. Growing up my Mother Marion put us in different acting classes and people would say we were naturals. My brother went on to become a writer and rapper of his own songs, where we got to perform together. I was a backup dancer for him and his partner in crime, Pete. While living in the Atlantic City area he was quite the staple, which made it that much more sad when we lost him at the early age of 27 yrs. old to Lung Cancer in December of 2004.
My brother is a big influence of why I’m doing comedy at this point in my life. I know it’s something he would’ve loved to see me do. Every time I get on stage, I know he’s watching over me. We would always make people laugh and even crack ourselves up from time to time. Even when he was in the hospital before he passed, one of the last things we joked about, was how we loved this particular scene in Rocky III. It hurt him to laugh, and he did it anyway. When I think about him, I don’t think sad times, I think of all the fun we had growing up.
I was seven when my parents divorced so I believe that being silly was a mechanism I used to cope. TV was a definite outlet, a way to escape from the real world. I wouldn’t take it back though, it made me the person I am today. My humor may be twisted at times, the fun part is that it comes from something that has happened to me or to someone close to me.
I talk about my husband Dan quite a bit in my stand up. People always ask, “Did you really meet on Match.com?” The answer is yes. When we met I already had my daughter Kayla from a previous relationship, and together we have our son Mitchell. We live in South Jersey, he’s a Chiropractor and he grew up in Willingboro, NJ.
All I know is I’m having a ball doing comedy and want to continue to do it as long as people continue to laugh at my jokes!

Any one who can make me laugh is cool in my book! I love watching people like Jaime Kennedy, Chris Rock, Wanda Sykes……….etc. Saturday Night Live is my dream job! I would love to meet the entire cast, past and present, Andy Samberg especially!
